It is vital that you replace your water filter regularly.

service technician or visit your nearest plumbing reseller (Eg
Reece, Tradelink or Plumbers CoOp) and purchase a new filter.

life of your Zip Instant Boiling Water system. On the plan, a Zip
Service Technician will change your filter and/or provide regular
services to keep your Zip Instant Boiling Water system running
